Ack. I was talking to Dell technical support via chat, and they were really nice, but I felt like an idiot. Everything they asked me to try didn't work. *sigh*
Also, my husband's truck is making weird noises. I'm not sure what's wrong with it. I'm not sure if he knows either.
Time to play Sims 3.
